Tourism is an important part of any country’s economy. In Kenya, it contributes about 63% of the GDP, which is huge because we rely on tourism to grow our economy. We encourage both domestic and foreign tourists to come and visit our country as it has a lot to offer.
We will be having the Skal Congress that will be focusing on boosting tourism in Kenya. Not just any tourism but local tourism. It will be held in Mombasa.
It will be the first time for Kenya and the region to hold this global event. There are going to be over 200 delegates from 24 countries.
As the delegates prepare to come to Kenya, we have several airlines working working with the Skal Congress to give the delegates good deals in terms of travelling.
Ethiopian Airlines is giving a 25% discount on its Business Class and 20% off on its Economy Class. Other Airlines that ate having special offers include Turkish Airlines, Air France, South Africa Air and KLM. This is a great opportunity for you to book your flight with either of these airlines.
While in Mombasa the delegates will be have an elaborate program that will entail a welcome cocktail at Fort Jesus. They will also head on over to a beach party at Sarova Whitesands. Dinner will be served at Bamburi Forest Trails, with an “out of Africa dining under the stars” theme. They are truly bound to enjoy themselves.
Still wondering about the FURn for the last day? There will be the Skal’s President’s gala dinner that will be held at the Pride Inn Paradise Hotel. Won’t this be a privilege to attend and be a pat of?
The delegates will have the option of visiting Masai Mara, Tsavo East and West, Amboseli National Park too, where they will be able to experience the rare and beautiful wildebeest migration, which is the seventh wonder of the world.
Tourism is really a big deal!! Are you interested in touring your country and seeing what it has to offer? Why not pack your bags, and start touring. This country is beautiful. See it, value it, feel it, experience it.
